• Earn and use TJX Coins
• Access various membership tiers

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• All activities that occur under their account
• Ensuring the accuracy of information provided
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respecting the intellectual property rights of others

Users may not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Attempt to manipulate the rewards or referral systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers
• Use automated systems or bots
• Scrape or harvest user data

TJX Coins are virtual tokens within the Platform. The Company reserves the right to:

• Control the issuance and distribution of TJX Coins
• Adjust the value or purchasing power of coins
• Limit or revoke coins obtained through fraudulent means
• Determine the future tradability and liquidity of coins

Any future listing of TJX Coins on cryptocurrency exchanges is subject to regulatory approval and market conditions. The Company makes no guarantees regarding future trading value or exchange listings.

Membership tiers and their associated benefits may be modified at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. The Company may discontinue any membership tier with reasonable notice.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by TujjarX or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they post but grant the Company a license to use, display, and distribute such content.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

TujjarX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of rewards, coins, or membership benefits.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, any accumulated rewards or coins may be forfeited.

TujjarX reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
